    🎉We are an Active Practice

Dingle Park Practice Has Been Awarded Active Practice Status!

We’re proud to share that Dingle Park Practice has officially been awarded Active Practice status by the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP)!

This award recognises our ongoing commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of both our patients and our team through the promotion of physical activity and the reduction of sedentary behaviour.

As part of this initiative, we’re working hard to:

    • Encourage patients to move more as part of their daily lives, whether that’s walking to appointments, joining local activity groups, or starting small habits at home.

    • Support our staff in building more movement into their working day to boost their own physical and mental wellbeing.

    • Champion an active community, where movement becomes a normal and accessible part of life for everyone.

We believe that every movement matters. Even small changes—like standing up regularly, stretching, or going for a short walk—can make a real difference to your health.
